Having practiced midwifery for almost 15 years, I've spent the better part of my professional life providing healthcare experiences that were tailored to the client's needs and expressed desires. Designing and iterating care plans, managing caseloads, creating protocols, identifying and solving problems, researching novel approaches, and collaborating with clients and colleagues are all skills that I've been able to lean on in my development of a business within a completely different industry. Necessity was the driving force for me to begin creating vegan cheese that delivers on taste and quality in a way that most available products simply don't. In this craft, I do not compromise on the product I deliver, just as I never compromised on the quality of care that I delivered to my midwifery clients. Because everything I do and create bears my name, I work with integrity and never settle for anything less than a high quality result.
