I have worked in public libraries for almost five years and have an array of experience. I’ve been responsible for local history collections where I heave organized, maintained, and cataloged materials to make them easier for patrons to locate. I have ordered library materials including nonfiction, fiction, Young Adult, DVDs, and periodicals. I was responsible for helping to lead a group in finding the right partner to digitize newspapers and have also been in charge of completing a previously submitted grant. I’ve created and taught technology classes. I’ve executed programming from the initial planning phases to the finished product.
