Provide leadership to the Student Financial Services Undergraduate Student Accounts Office to guarantee that students and their network receive superior customer service and assist them in understanding how to pay their student bills in a timely manner.

As a program coordinator, I played an active role in supporting the department, director, faculty, and graduate students. The role is the frontline of the program and is responsible for registering students, coordinating department events, participating in MACC functions, and partnering with the team to execute various projects throughout the year. In additional to this, I supervised student workers.

As an assistant at Christ Lutheran Church, I worked alongside the Youth Ministers in upholding an organized and efficient working environment. I was responsible for managing events, which included handling money, organizing documents and advertising.I created weekly newsletters and designed various publications for the students.

Global Ambassadors are students employees at Point Loma Nazarene University who have studied abroad through the university and who return and work as representatives for the Office of Global Studies. As a global ambassador, I held weekly office hours and I led in-person sessions as well s induvial meetings with interested students.I served as a receptionist for the entire Academic Support Office of PLNU and was responsible for maintaining and updating Study Abroad Library resources.I participated in planning and executing the Study Abroad Fair, Pre-Departure programs and Welcome Back events as well as developed new programming ideas to enhance the study abroad process at PLNU.

As a Financial Aid peer advisor, I educated and communicated with students about Point Loma Nazarene University’s Student Financial Services (SFS) policies, procedures, and services. I provided direct support to students as an extension of SFS and facilitated communication between students and SFS staff.I met with students receiving or interested in receiving financial aid that lived in the residence halls or students with questions about financial aid.

As a Resident Assistant at Point Loma Nazarene University, I worked closely with the Resident Director in order to provide supportive and consistent leadership to students in the residence hall.
