I have certifications in Business Operations, Accounting Specialist, Accounting Management, and Accounting Operations certifications, Human Resource Management, as well as Hospitality and Hotel Management. I have 5 years of experience in customer service and 2 years of training experience through role as a trainer in attractions operations at Universal Orlando Resort.I now have a year of small business management experience as a local business manager in Winter Haven, Florida. From managing day-to-day operations, as well as being acting Human Resources, as well as operating and working in design for our e-commerce website, I manage our business operations on a monetary and employee level.
