- Lead the Shut the Fossils Up Campaign (STFU!), a social media campaign for the New York Renews Coalition generating letters from New Yorkers represented by legislators critical to passing building decarbonization legislation. The campaign and brand has been adopted by Yellow Dot Studios. - Released reports about the impact of New York’s All-Electric Buildings Act on the cost home hearting quoted by dozens of New York State Legislators. - Supported design and development of DecarbMyState.com, a website highlighting what each state must do to reach net zero emissions by 2050.

-Established the US subsidiary of this Australian public interest tech business, which was successfully acquired by Granicus. -Responsible for Product development and Customer Success for state and local government agency clients, including five positive reference customers in the first year. -Created the Digital Service Academy, a curriculum or digital transformation within local government and published a National Benchmarking Report evaluating website experience of all US Cities over 10,000 people.

• Managed growth and development for Code for America supported products, including CityVoice and City Analytics Dashboard. Products deployed in 60+ Cities in 9 months. • Conducted user research on alpha products with government and resident end users.• Lead market validation and customer development to inform investment decisions and org-wide perspective of the government technology market.

• Lead strategy and execution of Code for America’s first Focus Area in health and human services. Followed by development of Focus Areas in Economic Development and Safety & Justice.• Co-led creation of professional learning and collaboration network for government officials that has grown to reach over 1,300 local government staff and engages directly with over 100 governments.• Pioneered the development of open data standards, supported by multi-stakeholder partnerships with chief level government officials, incumbent vendors, and companies such as Trulia, Zillow, Yelp, and Google.

• Lead producer of the Code for America Summit, the nation’s largest annual civic technology event, growing over four years to 900 attendees with over 120 local governments participating.• Implemented launch and development of the Code for America Brigade, a community engagement platform for civic technologists and open source software redeployment that has grown to 35 sustained local groups working in collaboration with local government.

• Organized the Good Internet Conference, a thought-leadership event engaging millennials in digital citizenship concepts and tools. Notable speakers: Tim O’Reilly, Craig Newmark.• Launched BankMigration.org, an online platform educating people about making the switch to a credit union. Our community of users reported over $4.7 million switched within three weeks.
