- Create Tech Packs & Manage Product Development for Chapter & Private Label Collections. - Create Library of Patterns to Standardize Garment Fit, Shape, & Grading.- Manage Weekly Fittings with Fit Model to Analyze Fit & Solve any Sizing issues.- Submit Order Info & Provide Approval comments directly to Domestic & Overseas Factories.- Tracking Approval status for Development & Production Orders.

- Communicate daily with the Zumiez ‘Juniors’ Team & Overseas Factories to Manage their Product Life Cycle from Development to Production.- Submitting Purchase Orders & Tech Packs to overseas factories, Make Approvals & Comments based on Approved Sales Samples.- Log Purchase Order & Development Information in Company Database for tracking order & style history.- Review WIP Reports submitted weekly to monitor Design Approvals & Delivery Status for Each Purchase Order. - Submit 3rd Party Garment Testing Reports & Factory Inspections to meet Customers Vendor Compliance Guidelines.- Negotiate Order Quantities & FOB Prices to meet or exceed required Minimum Gross Profit Margin.

- Generate Purchase Orders for Domestic & Overseas Factories Based on Pre-Booked Inventory + Potential Re-Orders.- Keeping Record of each styles Target Pricing, FOB Cost, Trims, Shipping & Duty Rates for each season. - Source Both Overseas & Domestic Factories & Suppliers. Negotiate Order Minimums & Confirm style FOB Costs.- Develop & Coordinate our Custom Domestic Cut & Sew T-Shirt & Printable Program.- Maintain Seasonal Calendars to Ensure Design & Sales met deadlines for Submitting Tech Packs & Production Orders.- Communicate Pre-Production Comments & Top Approvals. Manage QC Inspections as needed.- Track & Provide Weekly WIP Reports on Pending Development & Production Order Delivery Status.

- Research Current Markets to Identify Trends & Develop Concepts for Future Trends.- Design seasonal line plans in conjunction with the Creative Director & Sales Managers feedback.- Create Technical Sketches & Detailed Tech Packs with Reference Samples, Graded Spec’s, & Detailed Fabric CADs.- Track & Provide Weekly Updates on All Pending Sample Developments & Production Order Approval Status.- Maintain Seasonal Design Calendar to ensure Design Team submitted Tech Packs & Final Approvals on Time.
