I worked as a server as well as a shift manager. My responsibilities as a shift manager included overseeing employees work on a daily basis, assisting the general manager in taking inventory for the upcoming week's food order, and counting and handling the paperwork of both the servers and the restaurant upon closing.

I worked as a referee for the town of Randolph to help oversee both the recreational soccer and basketball leagues within the town for children starting with third grade through eighth grade. As a referee, I ensured that kids playing not only followed the rules but learned as well as understood the rules of both soccer and basketball. I also oversaw that both parents and coaches respected the environment in which the referees had created which was an encouraging environment where kids would compete but also have fun. My last year, I served as a supervisor for soccer. This meant that I would be at the fields but would oversee the other referees and answer any questions they had, correct any mistakes that were made, and deal with any issues that would arise with any parents or coaches.
