- Front desk agent in a 156 room 4* hotel located in Lyon's Cité Internationale- Organising the daily arrivals and departures- Indivudual reservation management- Fluent use of French and English

- Work at reception during the evenings- Dealing with the questions of residents within the building- Managing evening check ins/outs

- Providing singing classes to the children- Organisation of the musical elements of performances- I also ran the Facebook page of the group, designing posters for performances and events.

- Patrolling the main student areas during college festivals to ensure students' well-being.- During college balls, we helped hotel staff by checking toilets and finding any students who were in need of help.- We helped to build a positive image of authorities, showing a cooperation between the gardaí and students.
