Client Services Representative, OTC & Exchange-Traded Derivatives, EMEA Region - Day to day management of ETD & OTC clearing clients based in Europe, Middle East and Africa for all BAU queries and requests- Investigation of cash & trade breaks - Providing client metrics to internal stakeholders & external clients as part of service reviews- Investigation and resolution of issues relating to client money- Posting clearing and exchange fees to client accounts- Liaising with internal teams globally across North America, Europe and Asia inc. Client asset oversight, operations regulatory control, technology, internal & external audit and finance & compliance as part of BAU- Communication of exercise, assignments and physically deliverable contracts to European clearing clients- Daily use of Sungard GMI for trade management, incident investigation, passing fees and purchase & sale of client positions- Assisting with client on-boarding for OTC and Futures clients across both CGML (Europe) and CGMI (N. American) Citi entities- Providing training/demonstrations to external clients on the functionality of Citi Futures Online trade management portal- Trained in Protection of Client Assets and Money (CASS) & MiFID 2 Regulation and impact this has on investment intermediaries that provide services to clients around shares, bonds, units in collective investment schemes and derivatives
