I am currently assigned to investigate commercial crimes which include arsons, burglaries and auto thefts. I specialize in the investigation of Organized Crime with emphasis on Organized Retail Theft cases.I am the department's Arson Investigator and also conduct all explosives and post-blast investigations.I serve as the unit's surveillance specialist with emphasis on the use of hi-res motion activated cameras and covert gps trackingI conduct all Organized Retail Theft investigations that originate in the city. I am also the liason between the department and members of the retail industry who are directily impacted by this crime trend.

Perform security and asset protection duties in a 115 store retail mall. Assist CBL/ERMC security officers in maintaining order in the mall setting.Patrol the property, respond to calls for service from merchants, locate, identify investigate and apprehend shoplifters. Investigate reports of criminal activity on the property to include burglary and internal theft.Maintain positive relationship with all merchants operating on the property.Perform any other duties as assigned by the Mall Security DirectorCreate and maintain work schedule for all sworn police officers employed by CBL as Security Officers. Serve as liason between the Police Department and CBL staff/management

Supervised adult offenders on parole or probation in North Carolina.Worked with High Risk offenders such as gang members, drug and weapons traffickers.Prepared reports for and testified in state and federal courts. Served arrest warrants and tracked fugitives.Founding member of the High Point Violent Crimes Reduction Strategy, a multi-agency task force working with the US Attorney's Office to reduce violent crime in High Point
