Atlantic Coast Packaging, a third party contract packaging company, served the consumer packaged goods industry in the northeastern US with clients which included Godiva, The Hershey Company and Unilever USA.Accomplishments: Purchased the assets of this specialty consumer packaging company and repaired tenuous customer relationships, developed new key accounts, recruited and trained a highly talented management team, reengineered key processes, developed marketing, collateral and sales plans, established and monitored key operational metrics.

International strategy and management consulting firm serving energy and pharmaceutical companies, focusing on strategy, organizational effectiveness and change management consulting. Clients included Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Brookfield Homes, Duke Energy, Northwestern Energy and The World Bank.Accomplishments: Managed growth and profitability of firm from inception; created and supervised firm infrastructure including project management, operations and support processes; professional staff hiring and training and development.

Responsible for the training and development of a platoon of 30 light infantry soldiers and then a company of 180 soldiers to serve in extreme conditions of weather, terrain, stress, and danger. Achieved Ranger and Airborne qualifications.
