I am a JD candidate at Harvard Law School and a graduate of The Ohio State University where I earned a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a minor in History. I am currently a summer intern at the Corporate Accountability Lab in Chicago, IL. When preparing for my HLS interview, I wrote, "My life's most rewarding experiences have grown from those times when I have engaged in work I am passionate about with, more importantly, extraordinary people." Acting on this lesson as a 1L, I joined the Harvard Human Rights Journal, the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review, HLS Advocates for Human Rights, Professor Jon Hanson's 1L reading group, and was a member of every intramural team our section(Tort Authority!) fielded. I also helped organize the 2024 Systemic Justice Project Conference on Captured Courts, where I also co-moderated a colloquium. I look forward to the connections and experiences that await me as a 2L in the International Human Rights Clinic and more! At Ohio State, I was involved in extracurriculars such as TEDxOhioStateUniversity, Mortar Board, Village Mentors, the Undergraduate Student Government, and more. Additionally, I gained professional experience as a research assistant with the Center for Ethics and Human Values, a legal intern with Manley, Deas, and Kochalski, an organizing fellow with the Biden/Harris Campaign and the Ohio Democratic Party, and an assistant varsity baseball coach at Wellington.In my free time, I enjoy anything that facilitates time with family and friends, working out, reading, writing, listening to music, watching movies, and hanging out with my dog, Bear.
