As a Summer Intern at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in Washington D.C., I had the opportunity to work alongside the esteemed Summer Associate program. During my tenure, I had the privilege of working under the guidance of Kenneth Lee Blalack, Head of Litigation, where I was involved in trial preparation for a trial scheduled for the late Summer of 2023.As part of my role, I reviewed and summarized over 5,000 pages of witness/expert deposition transcripts and statements. I also constructed court demonstratives with cross-referencing to identify discrepancies and similarities. Additionally, I was responsible for organizing and managing the Zip File containing all case-relative documents separated into eight-party-specific affiliation folders. Furthermore, I provided trial relocation transport assistance and managed team communication logging and schedule management.This position demanded a range of skills, including interpersonal communication, adaptability, and project management. Throughout the internship, I had the opportunity to hone those skills and develop new ones, which will undoubtedly be invaluable in my future pursuits. I am honored to have been selected for this position and contribute to the success of the case and the team leaders.

I am a CPR/AED Certified Personal Trainer with a proven track record of successfully enhancing the health and wellness of my clients. With a client base of 16, comprising of both men and women, ranging in age from 19-65, I have maintained an impressive retention rate of 13/16 clients, providing them with personalized online training and weekly communications/check-ins.Since launching my personal training business in March of 2021, I have expanded my services to include four current collegiate athletes and 12 additional clients seeking to achieve their fitness goals. My specialization lies in bodybuilding style training and nutritional regimens; however, I understand that every client has unique needs and desires. Since childhood, my family and I have been actively involved with Operation Breakthrough, a nonprofit organization that serves underprivileged children and families in Kansas City. As dedicated volunteers, we have assumed a variety of roles over the years, primarily serving as classroom assistants and educational mentors. As I grew older, my responsibilities expanded to include a wider range of tasks, such as assisting in teaching basic courses, optimizing daily schedules, and accommodating requests from families and children.In addition to our regular volunteer work, my family and I also organized charity events and fundraisers for Operation Breakthrough. One of the most impactful events we helped plan and execute was a yearly city-wide baby diaper drive hosted at Brooksider Restaurant and Bar. The success of this initiative exceeded our expectations as it grew to involve two large UHaul truck trailers filled with diapers and other child hygiene products, as well as tens of thousands of dollars in donations.Our commitment to serving Operation Breakthrough has been a personal passion of mine, and I am proud of the impact we have made on this incredible organization. I look forward to continuing to support their mission and help make a positive difference in the lives of children and families in need.
