The Forensisch Artsen Rotterdam Rijnmond FARR is a for-profit organization in the field of forensic medicine. During my tenure, Kara Clinic consistently obtained among the highest retention in care percentages in the Sub-Saharan Africa region (reported in scientific literature by Kelly McCoy et al. Boston, MA USA, Study of the Costs and Outcomes of Models for Delivering Antiretroviral Therapy for HIV/AIDS in Zambia, March 2010)

The earthquake epicenter was located approximately 9 km north northeast of the city of Muzaffarabad, the capital of the Pakistani-administered part of Kashmir.The Pakistani government's official death toll as of November 2005 stood at 87,350. According to government figures, 19,000 children died in the earthquake, most of them in widespread collapses of school buildings.
