Holistic assessment of children's and mental health services within two London boroughs, identifying several strategic imperatives for improvement of service delivery, both quality and cost-effectiveness. Identified benefit for '000s of residents and supported executive to form prioritised objectives for service transformation.

Supporting a county-wide response to the Covid-19 pandemic, including helping senior leadership with workforce prioritisation, integrated referral management and rapid development of patient pathways to meet the soaring demand for health and social care services. Later focusing on developing solutions to the 4.5 million people waiting for elective or non-emergency procedures nationally, including over 190,000 who have waited for more than a year to receive care. Supporting senior client to lead a programme team to create the first fully integrated community Health & Social Care service in the the South West. Engaging with front-line teams to work together in a different way, and supporting management and executive teams across multiple organisations to deliver on projects including HR, Digital Transformation, Communications, and Contracting. Still in progress, the programme is targeting £22-33M annualised benefit.

Delivering on an Adult Social Care project for an authority with a multi-million pound annual deficit, responsible for one of the most economically deprived areas of northern Europe. Increasing the throughput of their reablement service by 50%, so that they can reach more people and afford them the opportunity to live more independently, with hundreds living safely at home rather than in residential care. Simultaneously this project as a whole saved over £20M annualised benefit.Diagnostic assessments across 5 major UK cities/regions focusing on front-line decision making, patient outcomes, delayed transfers of care and effective use of resources. Identifying multi-million pound savings.

Supporting Newton's graduate recruitment process, handling almost 10,000 applications. Hosted events, organsed workshops and handled the logistics for an extensive interview process.
