In Support of the US Army Central (USARCENT) Policy and Energy Guidance on the OE Resiliency Program - Coordinate, Train, and Liaise with multiple units within USARCENTs AOR in developing strategic concepts to leverage their capabilities for greater efficiency with their total energy use in training, moving, and sustaining military forces and weapons platforms for military operations.

Provide high-level project management support by overseeing all aspects of work for assigned projects for over 4600 personnel, including management and oversight of budgets, contract compliance, scope of work procedures, manpower, logistics, and administrative actions. To safely and efficiently conduct Mine Clearance, Battle Areas Clearance (BAC), and Range Clearance operations and supporting activities throughout Afghanistan and the CENTCOM AOR. To safely and efficiently conduct Environmental Footprint Reduction - DESCOPE Operations for USACE and USFOR-A, throughout Afghanistan. Provide Operational Guidance and Supervision in RC-S Kandahar - FMV (Full Motion Video) for the Program Manager Night Vision Reconnaissance Surveillance and Target Acquisition (PM NV/RSTA) Base Expeditionary Targeting Surveillance System – Combined (BETSS-C) program in SWA (Southwest Asia) and other missions as required.

Country Coordinator for a Comprehensive Law Enforcement Professionals (LEP) Program, Kandahar and Bagram AFG, comprised of extremely experienced Law Enforcement Professionals throughout the United States, embedded within coalition forces to counter many types of enemy activities.

Served in Afghanistan as the Site Project Manager / Team Leader and Project Liaison / Senior Trainer - Instructor and Training Course Developer for a specialized 16 Person Training Team, comprised of Expatriates and Local Nationals (Linguist / Interpreters), for the Afghan National Army, 205th Corps, 1st Brigade, 4th Combat Support Kandak (CSK), Kandahar.

Served as the Executive VP, Business Technology / Training for Column6 and Senior Lead Trainer for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command's Senior Leader Training, Mentoring, and Coaching Program.

Over 27 years of active military service culminated as the Command Sergeant Major for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), Recruiting and Retention School. Senior advisor to the Commandant and General for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command’s premier Recruiting training institution. Responsible for developing and procuring new technologies and modernization for the command’s “Way Ahead” on training and systems; thereby, outsourcing, coordinating, and negotiating with many non-military companies in providing “Best Business Practices.” Strategically planed and directed a complex training program of twelve institutional courses for both USAREC and U.S. Army Training Doctrine Command; for providing proponency support in training over 6000+ students annually. Responsible for two geographically dispersed units and personnel, to ensure that the highest quality entry and advanced level training was provided for recruiters and career counselors in the Active Army, Army Reserve, and the Army National Guard. Responsible for Human Resources, Leadership, and Training Development for all Enlisted Personnel to include hiring policy and instructor assignment and reassignment. Directed programs that provided organizational sustainment and self-development training for USAREC units.
