Led the design and development of an internal scanning tool to collect website data (e.g., cookies, scripts) and assess compliance with regional laws. Utilizing Go and JavaScript to build microservices for data processing and analysis.

- Rebuilt a web mapping application using Javascript to allow for more usability than the previous Silverlight based app- Built a new RESTful web service using Spring Boot and Apache Maven that used data gathered from the GitLab API to determine different Agile Methodology metrics- Built a new Agile Metrics Dashboard UI using React and Node.js, including customizable dashboards with interactive components linked to individual user accounts

- Monitor and maintain over 300 client computers and off site backups - Implemented a click for help button on client computers to easily assist in technical issues - Handle all billing and payroll for all remote work done

- Led the migration of all client computers from LogMeIn to TeamViewer for better remote access and management- Maintained the WiFi networks installed in several large apartment complexes both remotely and on site- Worked closely with clients to troubleshoot small computer and network issues - Set up and maintained Office 365 including several exchange server emails for clients- Restored and installed new Windows servers from offsite backups after server failure with a focus on minimizing downtime for clients

Helped to repair and service both Mac and Windows computers. Directed the migrating of the servers to a more efficient linux set up using ubuntu server and other open source software to handle the website as well as all backup of client data and accounting software. Helped to redesign the network structure to handle the addition of linux servers and the move to a more centralized server setup. I was able to deal directly with customers and learn how to handle IT problems in a face to face manner
