I help companies put a plan in place to hire the best labor, secure economic and tax incentives, negotiate the purchase or lease of their facilities, and, build their new "home". San Diego has a lot of money coming into the region. Between the burgeoning life science companies taking over what used to be traditional office space and the high tech companies with the likes of Amazon, Apple, and Google, continuing to absorb more square footage in the market, San Diego is showing up more and more on location scorecards. When I'm not working, you're most likely to find me on a beach volleyball court, golf course, or in the ocean.
