For Cosyfeet, I successfully implemented a sell-to-care home programme, generating additional revenue for the business. From planning to implementation we had over 30 care homes across Somerset who became part of the programme. Showcasing and selling a select range that allowed us to transport from home to home, while still fulfilling the required pairs sold on each visit. The programme showed that an additional £60,000 in revenue could be achieved by running the programme full-time and visiting each care home 3x per year.
