With over forty years of experience working for or partnering with national real estate and institutional finance companies, regional developers, investors and builders, Jack has established himself as a successful real-estate professional. Today he continues to recognize opportunities within underserved markets focusing on and building organizations that efficiently fill those needs and maximize returns. Having hands on expercience in all phases of Real Estate Development; Construction; Acquisitions; Multi-family and Commercial Property Management have proven to be the differentiator when considering potential opportunities. As founder and Managing Partner of NuVu Realty in 2006, Jack led the organization through successful expansion of NuVu Realty and was responsible for a strategic relationship with development, construction, sales and marketing companies in Connecticut and New York. In 2015, we relocated to the Mid-Atlantic Region opening an office in Leesburg Virginia. NuVu Real Estate is currently focusing on Data Center Development, Acquisitions and in-fill opportunities.
