I started my career at public software company (Radiant Systems, acquired by NCR) in Atlanta, GA, where I built a digital marketing professional services offering that eventually spun out into a digital agency that I founded in 2009 called Techwood. With the help of many talented folks, we were able to grow Techwood to 50+ employees and 10mm+ in revenues over a fun 9-10 year run during which we converted to 100% employee ownership, and then four years later were then acquired by mid-market agency Acadia in 2021. During a three year earn out period at Acadia (2021 - 2024), I served as the Head of Growth where I lead Acadia from $15-16mm of revenue to nearly $50mm of revenue (100 or so employees to north of 300+) before exiting in 2024 at the end of the earn out period. I'm the proud co-founder of Shift (www.shiftclimbing.com) with heavy hitting industry veteran Jonathan Brandt, and otherwise in a few select opportunities that complement my past experience of founding, growing, and selling a digital agency.Outside of work, I'm a very thankful dad of three kiddos who keep my wife and I busy while lighting up our lives. Beyond my family, I'm a huge fan of pro basketball (NBA). I really enjoy spy thriller books, love the outdoors and anything active, and drum for Engedi Music (can be found on iTunes or Spotify).
