My duties in SAF was to handle the In Camp Training for Reservists NS Man, which includes ensuring sufficient food and supplies is provided to the NS Battalion during the period of time when they are serving for their reservist training, preparing the Training schedules uploading it to the NS Portal to keep the NS Man updated of their Training schedules and task in hand, organizing IPPT events for NS Man and also handling of IPPT results report and submitting it online. We do have to abide the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems set by the SGS (Singapore Government Securities) submitting reports for audit check. During my time in SAF, I went to Basic Military Training and Specialist Cadet School graduated as a 3rd Sergeant before I was posted to HQ 9 Division as an Operations Sergeant.
