From 10 years I'm supporting talents in finding their career paths and entering the job market.I'm the Founder of flairup company Career Consultant, HR specialist and Recruiter. With passion, engagement and determination I'm supporting young people in entering the job market and finding their career paths from both - candidate and employer perspective. I've gained an experience as a Recruitment Manager, HR Projects Coordinator & Recruiter and delivered successfully more than 50 recruitment projects. I've worked with remote, virtual, and local teams of young recruiters for international companies such as Microsoft, Shell, International Paper and for the internal departments of the companies she has worked in. For four years I was an active member of the youth organization AIESEC in Poland where I had a chance to act as a team leader, trainer, board member of both - local and national chapters.
