About Me: I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2021, where I discovered my love for the outdoors while learning my professional skills from outstanding mentors and professors! Whenever I can, I love heading up to the mountains to go hiking, camping, or hitting the slopes on my snowboard (primarily on the West Coast for snowboarding). Nature has always been my go-to source for inspiration and rejuvenation. When in Raleigh, my free time tends to consist of playing disc golf/darts, walking my dogs, woodworking/building things, and watching documentaries and learning about nearly anything! What Drives Me:* Curiosity: In my free time, I'm always finding some new niche that I binge watch as much as I can on YouTube and have come to find I love continuously learning about both brand-new things along with enhancing my existing knowledge. This carries over to my work as I am always eager to explore new ideas, technologies, and perspectives. For example, I started my career in telecom and didn't think I'd end up liking it, but quickly become obsessed with learning as much as I could.* Connections: Building meaningful relationships is at the heart of what I do. I love connecting with others, sharing stories, and collaborating on projects that make a difference. Whether we are grabbing a drink to hang out as friends, informally discussing life + business, or exploring ways we can collaborate on a business front. * Growth: Personal and professional growth is a constant goal as I would imagine it is for nearly everyone else. Especially being in Sales, I have learned the importance of 'being okay with being uncomfortable' and pushing boundaries respectfully, embracing new challenges to keep it fresh and avoid going through the motions per se, and learning from every experience in general (personally + professionally)!Growing up in Chicago, I am a huge professional Chicago sports fan- Cubs, Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks with some newfound love for the Canes! In terms of college teams, I tend to pull for my alma mater App State, NC State (had to pick one of the big three!), and University of Southern California as a few family members graduated from there.
