We are constantly told that children belong in school—but does every child feel like they belong? 🤷🏼‍♂️With exclusions on the rise, a lack of SEND provision, and a global mental health crisis, the need for inclusion, connection, and relationships is more urgent than ever!After years of working in schools and developing provision, I founded Codevelo to offer practical support, appropriate challenge, and effective training. We believe in long-term partnerships with schools and providers, instead of single-point training. We’re in this together.My focus is simple: to create schools where every child belongs. Whether I'm supporting staff development or helping governance systems implement positive, deliberate change, I'm working to make inclusion, kindness, and emotional safety in school a non-negotiable.
