I am a Junior at Indiana University in the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs majoring in Management while pursuing a Business minor. I have been an athlete my whole life and throughout my various experiences, I have found myself taking a leadership position, communicating proactively to build team synergy. This is why I have chosen to pursue a career in Management. I believe that leading by example produces the best result, and that hard work is the only way to guarantee success.I have had a passion for business since a young age, starting my first business in fourth grade tending to family farms while they are out of town. From then on, I continued to pursue this passion for business which resulted in becoming an entrepreneurial state finalist competing in DECA during high school. Since then, I have worked several jobs and have developed my professional skills. I am eager to gain new experiences in the corporate world and learn from them in order to pursue my long-term goal of starting my own business. I am a motivated and diligent worker and believe that the professional skills I have developed will make a positive impact in the workforce. I am actively pursuing an internship in a management role for the summer of 2025.
