• Built Finance team of 12 across MY and ID responsible for controllership (AP, AR), financial reporting (BS, PL, CF), statutory filing (audit and tax), treasury (cash management) and strategic planning for multiple BU (B2C, B2B, P2P).• Set up regional Legal team of 4 overseeing commercials review, contract management, corporate secretarial, risk management and corporate governance – IP protection, terms of service, privacy policy and whistleblowing.• Led Procurement team of 4 responsible for fleet and motor insurance procurement, licensing, launch procurement policy and Procure-to-Pay workflow integration as part of finance transformation to drive automation.• Managed strategic regional banking relationships (credit line extension, covenants, investments) and activated prudent cash management via payment restructuring (moratorium, credit) resulting in an extended runway of 6 months.• Mobilised teams for fundraising (Series A @ USD15m, Series B @ USD55m) in data room set up, due diligence (financial, tax, legal), stakeholder engagement including Central Bank approval, SSA/SHA drafting and liaison.• Led incorporation exercise for MY and ID covering capital requirements, shareholding structure, directorship, trademark and licensing. strategic relationship establishment with Invest KL for high-level facilitation.• Championed strategic Electric Vehicle car-sharing pilot project under a tripartite partnership with 3 vehicles generating over 150 bookings in 3 months as part of a commercialisation feasible study in 2020.• Developed group-wide Transfer Pricing strategy and documentation with service-level and IP licensing agreements, cost allocation and recharge mechanism supported by benchmarking analysis and consultancy with a global advisory firm.• Supported CFO on confidential, stakeholder engagement – leadership task force, mentorship, ESOP, constitution amendment, strategic communication to 250+ employees (group level), C-level hiring and investor relations.

• Led audit for an SGX-listed real estate group for 2 cycles managing consolidation, controls and audit report preparation. • Led audit for the digital media arm of Singapore’s public listed telco with special audit fieldwork in New York, USA.• Led both statutory and SOX audits for a global medical equipment giant listed on NYSE, particularly test of controls.• Co-wrote a whitepaper on the subject of ageing in a smart city during a 3-month secondment stint at Deloitte Consulting.• Served in the Audit Innovation Committee exploring topics such as process re-engineering and design thinking.
