Expanding the systems put in place while I was Technical Coordinator to a new second location. Maintaining all existing IT systems and implementing sensible IT security policies.

Managed the majority of the migration of FreedomWorks from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Responsible for building and maintaining several physical and virtual systems, including Power Apps built for work orders, IT ticketing, and purchase orders. Built a software-defined network and moved the security camera system to a fully localized solution to reduce FreedomWorks' IT expenditure. Implemented device management for all computers and phones owned by FreedomWorks.

In addition to being in charge of livestreaming and audio mixing and routing for church services, I built and maintain the church's IT and security systems.

Assisted with several projects including onboarding KURL Billings, MT to the Northwestern Media network, construction of a lab radio station, RF dummy load repair, satellite dish and LNB alignment, and maintenance and testing of a spare transmitter. Researched AM MDCL for power savings. Experimented with Davicom Axon remote monitoring and control units and their interaction with Nautel and BW Broadcast transmitters.

Worked on the technology powering 98.5 HD3 theMEL, the student radio station at the University of Northwestern.
