Always on the hunt to gain more knowledge of the industry and learn from those who have developed it. My key passion remains developing colleagues through intent based leadership practices to give freedom and decision making to those who are in the knowledge and empowered to take accountability.Investors in People award winner for 'Young Person of the Year (100+ people company)' 2022Having been awarded a 1st in a Chartered Managers Degree Apprenticeship in Business Innovation and Applied Management I’ve learnt a lot which I have and hope to continue apply to my career going forwards.Operational railway experience through both voluntary and paid positions at the East Anglian Railway Museum and a leading Commercial Miniature Railway in Essex. Proud to have been the youngest Head of Department in the museums history, having led the Signalling team for over five years. During this time, I have worked to bring in a new safety culture, safety management system and an operational excellence focus into the department.
