Created and launched a national coaching platform for over 300 instructors. Designed and implemented a national training platform for over 500 faculty and staff members. Launched national network of 35 Christian school partners as part of The Character Formation Project. Led conference presentations and discussions on the advancement of character formation in K-12 schools. Hosted and led professional development conferences for staff, school leaders, and senior executives. Mentored and coached senior administrators and school leaders on how to train and coach their teams

Researched and presented findings on national, P-16 educational ecosystem trends and disruptors. Strengthened alliances with key external contacts through strategic conversations and connections. Designed new and innovative micro-school model for delivering education to small school populations

Introduced innovative programs that drove four-year college acceptance rate from 72% to 82%. Led hiring, onboarding, and professional development for faculty and staff members. Directed academic components of Western Association of Schools and Colleges accreditation process, resulting in Six-Year Accreditation Status, the highest possible school accreditation rating.

Developed and managed the New Teacher Induction Program as well as the evaluation, support and professional growth of faculty. Served as an instructional coach in the areas of curriculum, pedagogy, collaboration, assessment and inquiry.

Grew the program from 50 athletes to nearly 200 athletes by introducing innovative training programs and developing a positive organizational culture. Led track and field/cross-country teams to 6 consecutive undefeated seasons in girls Trinity League competition. Coached two CIF Southern Section team champions and one CIF State team champion in cross-country. Awarded Orange County Coach of the Year (Orange County Register) 2009
