I am an aspiring individual with a drive for delivering effective and sustainable positive changes to the work environment. I have almost 10 years of experience working with customers to improve their processes across manufacturing, construction and energy sectors, utilising tools & techniques from Lean and 6 sigma methodologies.The majority of my time is spent working alongside clients who are passionate about what they do and have an appetite for improving themselves. Typically, in manufacturing, frequent areas that clients need help improving are productivity and product flow, maximising their factory layout in terms of space and natural flow, material handling and management and more. These are areas frequently crying out for improvement, and can cause a lot of stress and pain for manufacturersPresently, my focus is assisting small – medium enterprises in the manufacturing sector across the Yorkshire area. I am frequently communicating with various levels of seniority of the businesses I work with, ranging from managing director levels making strategical decisions for their business to operators who are performing the production tasks on the shop floor.
