As a full-time marketing resident at Loma Linda University Health (LLUH), I am deeply engaged in driving strategic social media initiatives and enhancing communication across various departments. With a robust background in both marketing and psychology, I bring a unique perspective to my role, leveraging my knowledge to create impactful marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.My professional journey includes significant experience in various marketing roles. At LLUH, I oversee the flagship social media accounts and lead a process improvement project aimed at streamlining communication with the university’s eight schools. Additionally, I have spearheaded several key projects, including leading an architectural photoshoot for the university, overseeing the creation of the first-ever LLU university viewbook, and conducting secret shopping to enhance service quality. These experiences have honed my skills in social media strategy, content creation, and cross-departmental collaboration.Prior to this, I contributed to the management and marketing department at the Andrews University School of Business Administration, where I developed and executed marketing campaigns that increased student engagement and program visibility. Additionally, my role as a small business marketer and shift manager at Fire & Ice Pizzeria & Creamery since 2017 has equipped me with practical experience in local business marketing and operations management.I have also completed two summer internships at Loma Linda University Health, where I gained invaluable insights into the healthcare industry and further developed my marketing expertise.With a passion for continuous learning and a commitment to excellence, I am dedicated to advancing my career in marketing and making a positive impact in the field.
