Manage all general fund accounting, financial reporting, and client engagement responsibilities of hedge-fund. Responsible for approval of monthly NAV, monthly accounting, monthly subscriptions and redemptions, and cash management. Responsible for investor statements, performance reporting, and monthly/quarterly investor reports, and proxy voting. Prepare financial and marketing presentations to existing and potential clients. Manage the fund annual audit & tax processes. Daily communications with Head Trader regarding trade settlement, valuation, and portfolio reconciliation. Interact daily with clients, prime brokers, fund administration, investor relations, and middle office.
