- Ensure the training and development of engineering technicians to meet strict health and safety regulations are adhered to and sound maintenance practices are being conducted during maintenance activities. - Assisting career progression advising technicians on their personal mechanical trade task book ensuring it is completed correctly and in a timely manner. - Planning and delivery of training days ensuring any pertinent training shortfalls are rectified.
