I enabled Global Repair of whole units, motherboards, graphic cards and thin clients for new products. My scope included all on-boarding of new repair partners, supporting Global “Dell” supply chain needs in each region, design, development and implementation of new processes that consistently drove on-time readiness and delivered cost savings. I supported Dell Procurement, Service Parts, Repair Service Engineering Requirements and Global repair allocation budgeting and spend.• I achieved 99% on time readiness year over year by designing new end to end NPI processes for whole unit and motherboard repair.
