Let me tell you why you should hire an aspiring accountant. I am hard-working, detail and goal-oriented, and determined to succeed. I am a recent graduate of Muhlenberg College with degrees in accounting and business administration. The knowledge and skills I learned in my challenging coursework, coupled with the experience I have gained through my work as a circulation desk attendant at the Trexler Library are preparing me to be an asset to any company. In addition, my vast and varied experiences as a community volunteer have proven my commitment to better the world we live in, and has helped me to develop essential workplace skills. I was leader of a local youth group that mixed social development with volunteerism. This position, in addition to other service work, allowed me to demonstrate an ability to work well with diverse groups of people and in challenging situations. Those are conditions where I thrive. My strong background as a leader in service has helped me to enhance my interpersonal skills and strengthen my ability to rise to new challenges. I am well organized with strong communication, resource and management skills, as well as a high integrity and work-ethic.
