I led a committee of a dozen faculty, supervised 24+ faculty and adjuncts, was the primary liaison between administration and faculty, and managed a $350k+ budget. While Director, I spearheaded an innovative, full revision of our 30-year-old general education and Core curriculum. The process culminated in public deliverables, a new curriculum, and a unanimous faculty and Senate vote in favor of both the vision and curriculum. The new vision and curriculum aligned our global online curriculum with our residential undergraduate programs, resolving significant challenges we had faced supporting transfer, non-trad, and online students.
