Varsity Cross Country, and Track/Field- Trained consistently over 25 hours per week throughout the year to become a better runner and athlete while balancing full course load- Maintained high energy and positivity to encourage other teammates during the hardest workouts and most stressful situations- Recruited and helped host potential, future teammates, taking them through classes, practices, and the daily life of a Wake Forest student-athlete- Mentored high school athletes, teaching them ways to contact and get noticed by college coaches and how to build relationships in the sport

- Taught new lifeguards daily pool operations such as vacuuming the pool and chemical checks, to maintain the health and safety of all pool members- Interacted with and welcomed all members in an effort to address all needs/questions, as well as find ways to make improvements and build positive relationships- Led team of 2-3 Lifeguards by making sure everything was handled ensuring the pool guests were safe at all times
