I have a keen interest in the field of sport with an eye for precision and detail. I am Head of Community at Birmingham Moseley Rugby managing our schools coaching work and community initiatives, whilst also working as the club’s Performance Analyst.My background is mainly in sport, coaching and education. After graduating from the University of Birmingham in Sport, Physical Education & Coaching Science, and with a Masters in Sports Coaching, I have spent most of my career working in schools in addition to four excellent seasons coaching with the rugby programme at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. I have also played rugby from a young age and am a long-term member of Moseley Oak RFC.I have a passion for developing ability and confidence in people to unlock their potential. Experience of working with a wide range of ages at various levels has made me adaptable to different scenarios, finding solutions that work for the individual. Teamwork and building relationships are both qualities I value highly, and I enjoy being around people and understanding their traits and motivations.I am interested in connecting with ambitious and stimulating personalities to share ideas and discuss opportunities.
