I provide legal guidance to individuals and companies on corporate and commercial real estate matters, including entity formation, general business counseling, contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property licensing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, ownership agreements, shareholder disputes, commercial property leasing and sales, and business succession planning. I also provide guidance on drafting liability releases and waivers to owners of businesses in the sports and recreational industries, such as sports instructors and coaches, organizers of sports leagues and camps, and outdoor recreational guides.I have enjoyed the opportunity to represent a wide variety of individuals and companies, from solo entrepreneurs to multi-national corporations. Each client has unique goals and concerns, and I refuse to apply a "cookie-cutter" approach to solving legal problems when dealing with people and their businesses. I previously practiced law as a corporate and real estate attorney at a national law firm. This experience, along with the skills I developed as a Russian linguist, a team leader of a Tactical Intelligence Collection team in the U.S. Army, and a technology consultant in the automotive industry provide me a unique and broad skill set.
