Responsible for the launch and running of IAG Retail is a new eCommerce venture from the owner of British Airways, IAG.

Accountable for British Airways global direct to consumer business with ownership of the £4.5bn P&L and development of Digital channels and products.

Responsibility for the growth of New Looks digital channels and development of the multi-channel proposition across all international markets and businesses, delivering more than 30% growth per annum.

eCommerce Practice Lead – Responsible for Deloitte Digital’s eCommerce practice with development and execution of the eCommerce go-to-market plan building a client base across the apparel, food and general merchandise retailer space.Head of Design - Responsible for the setup and management of Deloitte Digital’s design group which includes product, user experience and creative competencies. Client delivery - Focus on the management of digital and multi-channel commerce transformation programmes from strategy development to delivery. Key clients and responsibilities include:• Waitrose: Customer Experience Strategy - Development of the customer experience strategy and roadmap across all digital and non-digital channels.• John Lewis: Multi-channel Transformation - Management of team of 150+ with responsibility for the 2 year transformation of the online operation and implementation of a new eCommerce platform.• Clarks Shoes: Business Review – Management of a full commercial review of the Clarks business globally assessing all functions including retail, eCommerce, wholesale, marketing, logistics and support functions.• Sainsburys: Retail Operating Model – Design of the stores operating model with a focus on staff optimisation.
