• Carry out repairs on all types of Sime Darby Industrial (SDI) supported machineries in compliance to standards set by principlas and divisional ESH (Environmental, Safety & Health) cleanliness requirements.• Perform diagnostic procedures across a variety of components system and machines.• Activities require handling and grasping with hands while performing repairs and maintenance of equipment by utilizing hands tools, air tools, nuts, bolts, electronic controls, special tools and other parts.• Make judgements on parts required for completing Service Jobs.• Plans, arrange and communicates with juniors technicians, leading technicians & service seniors for equipment maintenance and repairs requirements along with the progression of the jobs.• Create and raise a warranty reports as required and liaise with SDI Head Office for customer and internal departments for warranty claiming purpose.• To maintain paperwork documentations of works performed in a complete and timely manner including Time Cards, SIMs/Service Reports, parts return and other related reports deemed necessary.• To maintain ESH documentations accordingly as well as technicians well fare by providing informations and supports as required to meet the ESH Department, DOSH and DOE requirements.• To maintain and keep record of documentations for schedule waste handling and inspection of equipments (crane and compressor) as required by DOSH and DOE.• To execute all procurement related activities in compliance to Group Policies and Authorities (GPA), Group Procurement Policies and Authorities (GPPA) and also Sime Darby Industrials Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (Proceurement SOPs).
