Joined the company as its President in 2006 when it was a division of Lone Star Technologies (LST) - NYSE-traded and based in Dallas. LST was acquired in 2007 by US Steel and Fintube became part of USS. Remained with USS as Fintube's President. In 2010, partnered with a private equity company to acquire Fintube from US Steel. Became part owner and CEO in September of 2010, when we took the company private. In March of 2018, my partner Joe Unis and I acquired the company and named it Rosa Operating LLC.Rosa Operating LLC manufactures ERW tubes for boiler applications. The company has manufacturing facilities in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Monterrey, Mexico.

Senior general management responsibility at various manufacturing companies: machine tools, sheet metal fabrication equipment (punch presses, right angle shears, plasma cutting machines, laser cutting machines, roll forming equipment), automation equipment (including robotics), coil winding machines and systems, clutches & brakes for commercial and aerospace applications, etc. Private and public companies ranging in revenue from $20 million to $200+ million.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Increasing responsibility from project/program management, through business unit management at two public companies: Warner & Swasey (div. of Cross & Trecker) and Gulf & Western. Automation equipment at G&W's Advanced Development & Engineering Center; Sheet Metal Fabrication Machinery (punch presses, shears) and automation equipment at Wiedemann Div. of Warner & Swasey/Cross & Trecker.

Off Of The Coast Of Venezuela

Assistant supervisor (and company man) on offshore semi-submersible drilling rig, exploring for natural gas off the cost of Venezuela. Drilling rig very similar to the one recently seen in the movie Deep Water Horizon. In fact, we had a blowout on the rig I was working on and fortunately it did not catch fire.
