Infantry is the primary combat arm of the Australian Army. The role of the Infantry is to seek out and close with the enemy, to kill or capture them, to seize and hold ground, repel attack, by day or by night, regardless of season weather or terrain. To carry out this role the Royal Australian Infantry Corps (RAInf) relies heavily on skilled tactics, effective teamwork and cooperation with other corps.

(Now operating as Contractor for Ryderwear Gyms)• Reporting to the CEO, I was responsible for the aggressive national expansion of Ryderwear Gym, including the project management of equipment installation and retail store fit-outs across new locations.• Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for membership pre-sales prior to opening locations to achieve set member and revenue targets, including developing re-marketing funnels to strategically improve the conversion rate of interested customers.• Responsible for the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of all staff, establishing a clear chain of command and progression plan to drive team motivation.• P&L ownership and management on Company and Gym levels, achieving set MoM net profit targets via expense audits and adjustments made to recurring revenue and one-off revenue streams.• Expert understanding of CRM and Direct Debit providers (Clubware and DebitSuccess native), including the negotiation of new agreements and direct debit fee structures, as well as an intricate understanding of access control/software/hardware rollouts simultaneously across multiple locations. • Collaboration with Ryderwear’s Design, Marketing, and Social Media teams to drive outcomes in each respective area to build Ryderwear Gym as a new and separate company, whilst maintaining brand integrity.
