Technical Team Lead for the U.S. AFSAC Online Product (Air Force Security Assistance Center)I lead the migrations efforts of four Oracle Forms applications as they were onto a Microsoft .Net ASP.Net platform. I researched the available commercial products that were available automate the migration, conducted a proof of concept project as well as the complete porting effort. I utilized a product from ATX Technologies called Forms2Net. I then integrated the migrated code into the Air Force Security Centers AFSAC Online environment. The resulting application runs on a platform that utilizes C#, ASP.Net, WCF, MVC, and PL/SQL.Additionally, (during the same time as the projects above), I’m leading a team of AFSAC Online developers through the implementation of a custom developed SSO environment. The AFSAC Online environment is composed of a mixed Java/Dot Net applications running on an IIS 6.0 background.Additionally, (during the same time as the projects above), I am Lead on a Letter of Request Application. This system gathers requirements for weapon systems purchases via AFSAC Online (an ASP.Net/VB.Net based online application suite that utilizes VB.Net, PL/SQL, WCF, Aspose, and C# technologies.

I have worked in Search and Discovery System Technologies for the Air Force Knowledge Now Product (AFKN). The Search and Discovery System enables customers to find documents, people, and expertise. I do this by placing the right information into the hands of war fighters across the globe. Information can only be given to individuals with a right to know; therefore, I’m heavily involved in the use of Authentication and Authorization logic, (Smart Cards, CAC, Single Sign On – SSO-, etc), and I present this information within seconds to 400K plus AFKN users via the Air Force Portal, (GCSS-AF).I used these technogies: #, XML, XSLT, ASP, ASP.Net, AJAX, Telerik, RSS, and SQL Service Broker, SSL, Microsoft’s Certificate Authority, CAC Cards, Verisign Certificates.

Client: P&GLead Programmer Analyst responsible for the requirements gathering, migration planning, software architecture selection, coding, testing and implementation for an IT system migration project from Access 95 to Oracle. This system was developed for the Proctor & Gamble Corporation. Using: XML, Web Services, Visual Studio .Net, C#, VB 6.0, DHTML, HTML, Access 95, Windows XP, IIS, Oracle Stored Procedures, Oracle Functions, TOAD, and ADO.Net. Client: Standard Register Dayton, OhioLead Programmer Analyst, responsible for requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and implementation of online dynamic web based communication systems for Banking, Healthcare and Financial services firms. I enable these firms to communications directly with the clients via the technologies. Such as .Net Remoting, XML Object Serialization, Windows Services, and the use of Web Services. Using: XML, Visual Studio .Net, C#.Net, VB.Net, Javascript, IIS 6.0, DHTML, ASP.Net, VBscript, Oracle 9.2, Access 97/2002, Windows XP, IIS, and ADO.Net.

Team Leader: Responsible for design, coding, testing, and implementation of Web projects for a Title Processing Company, for a Manufacturing Company – Dayton, Ohio, and a few more firms. I developed a Bar code labeling system that utilizes VB.Net, MS Compact Framework, MS CE.Net 4.1, and Codesoft Version 6 for a Manufacturer of Consumer Adhesives in Cleveland, Ohio. Using: Visual Studio .Net, VB.Net, VB 6.0, Javascript, IIS 6.0, DHTML, ASP, VBscript, MS Access 97/2002, Windows XPro, IIS, ADO, MSDE, MS CE, MS SQL.

Team Leader: Applications supported: Quoting/Pricing System, Sales Order Status System, Sales Analysis System, Two Deviation Tracking Systems, Trades System, and a Document Posting System. I consulted with the Marketing Departments to help them to develop Request for Proposals for two projects that were Internet based. Using: Visual Basic 6.0, Javascript, IIS 6.0, ASP, VBscript, Oracle, MS Access 97/2000, Windows 95/98/NT 2000 server, Citrix, IIS, ADO, COM, Crystal Report Version 6-8.

I was responsible for the oversight of all aspects of re-engineering a hazardous materials waste tracking system. The duties included, contract negotiations, (with outside contractors as well as with MTC employees), purchasing of all software and hardware, oversight of the functional specification, screen design, code development, and implementation of the new tracking In addition, I setup and managed a 24 user MS Windows NT Server Network. Used: The Case Tool: System Architect, MS Project, MS SQL, Visual Basic, Windows For Work groups, Windows NT Server, and MS DOS Work groups Connections.

Responsible for maintaining 100% billing utilization for my self and to helping with the sales and marketing of consultants on client staff extension engagements and onto in-house projects. I was trained as a Project Manager for the in-house projects and worked on numerous proposals. We used CGA’s System Life Cycle methodologies as we worked through projects form conceptualization, and feasibility studies all the way to implementing projects. I worked on Invoicing Systems Radio Frequency Systems, Problem Resolution Systems, Defect Tracking Systems, Retail Label generation Systems, Developed a “C” programming course, and a few more systems. I used the following on these projects: Sybase, Visual Basic, “C”, Pascal, Cobol, Unix, NT, Sun, JCL, MVS, Harvard Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel, PYRAMID, MIPS, IBM PC'S, UNIX V (NFS) and MS/DOS.
