Role: Office 365 Quality AssuranceDate: July 2017 - Apr 2019Responsibilities: • Identify improvement opportunities of the agents when handling cases. • Provides updates for completed evaluations of the team. • Able to contribute on discussions for the parameters used to measure the quality of each call within the team via calibration sessions and weekly meetings. • Able to explain the line items to New Joiners of the program to be aligned on the parameters used, by conducting Talks and Roll-Outs. • Provide weekly email communications to all agent to serve as reminders, for best practices as well as updates on the parameters.Technologies Used: • Microsoft Office 365 • SharePoint • Other internal toolsRole: Office 365 AmbassadorDate: December 2016 - June 2017Responsibilities: • Guide customers in on boarding their businesses to Office 365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, Office 365 Pro Plus and Yammer. • Provide support for small- medium business customers, with the goal of solving the issue in the first call. • Document and report to Leads any gaps, issues etc. • Reports to Management team any management or technical opportunities. • Build relationship to create, reinforce, motivate, and guide customers and partners. • Effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, partners, and across organizational boundaries • Collaborator on complex multi-faceted programs across multiple groups with varying prioritiesTechnologies Used: • Microsoft Office 365 • Windows PowerShell • Log Me In • Other internal tools
