An engineering consulting and manufacturing firm, acts as a legal entity under which Eli and I take on engineering work, deliver to the highest standard, learn across diverse projects, and get paid in the process. Worked with nearly a dozen startups and research labs over the past two years.

- Designed 6 safety enclosures for hydraulic dynamometers. This included researching relevant ISO, EHS, OSHA, and ASTM standards, determining machinist requirements, quoting from suppliers, and writing assembly documentation.- Designed, machined, and assembled safety interlocks and shielding for an accelerated weather testing chamber. Learned how the electronics of the machine worked via electrical diagrams and visual inspection, then proposed calibration methods to create a repeatable test procedure.- Wrote code in VBA that creates an Excel log of the status for all hydraulic dynamometers across a variety of key metrics.

Worked in a team that performed competitive market analysis on university research projects to determine product-market fit. This included meeting with the inventors, writing non-confidential disclosures, and creating review presentations for investor pitches. I was able to apply my prior technical skills in a business environment, while also gaining a deeper understanding of the therapeutic biotechnology landscape through my team's assigned technology.

Co-taught a 20-student robotics camp and created activities that engaged my students. Culminated in a Lego Battlebot brawl with one student building a (safe) Lego saw blade that surpassed 1000 RPM! It was truly a pleasure to work with these kids and help their engineering passions and skills grow during this camp!

Designed, built, and coded three VEX competition-legal robots for student learning use; Each robot gives students more code freedom and sensors to play with, allowing a progressive learning experience. This progression culminates in the 3rd robot–one of the only coaxial swerve drives ever made in VEX–which allows middle school students to begin learning about the high school team's preferred drive platform.
