I am a passionate believer in the ability to solve serious problems through technology. Before I joined the team at Delft, I worked as project lead on one of the most promising human-machine interfaces, the IMES implantable myoeletric sensor as part of the DARPA Revolutionzing Prosthetics project. We developed a completely wireless injectable microimplant capable of simultaneously controlling up to 8 degrees of freedom in advanced cybernetic limb systems.
