I'm an SEM account manager/analyst with exceptional analytical talents, strong Excel skills, and SEM expertise derived from 18 years of managing $1 million+ annual PPC budgets. I entered the SEM realm in 2006, working for the internet start-up MerchEngines (formerly Fidelity Assets) which was acquired in 2009 by Deluxe, a fortune 1000 company. During my time at both companies, I went from account management to managing a team of PPC Managers. Though sometimes it felt like herding cats, it ultimately was inspiring to push people to do their best.After leaving Deluxe, I consulted with small businesses, helping them with PPC, SEO strategy, website design, and content creation. Missing the corporate environment, I started working for YP.com in 2015, first by creating content for landing pages and then moving on to SEM analysis for national accounts like Home Depot, 1-800 Dentist, Domino's Pizza, and Holiday Inn Express, etc., helping advertisers optimize their accounts to generate more leads. In the summer of 2017, YP.com was acquired by DexMedia to become DexYP.I moved on to working at Microsoft, supporting the account team by utilizing my SEM skills and analytical talents to help manage campaigns, create reports, provide editorial services for national advertisers running on the Microsoft Advertising platform (formerly BING).I'm driven by the desire to make things work. May it be greater conversions from a website redesign or the optimization of a campaign that generates a better CTR and higher quality traffic. Yet, ultimately client satisfaction is most important.
