I am a second-year student at the Kelley School of Business, majoring in finance. I am very passionate about problem-solving, collaborating with others, and making a positive impact on others. I have demonstrated these strengths in many ways, starting in high school when I created my own power-washing business as a side hustle. While running this business, I worked with a friend to overcome the challenges of finding customers by creating advertising flyers and going door-to-door trying to sell our service through conversation. By the end of the 2023 summer, we were able to successfully provide our service to many homes across our area.Now as a student at the Kelley School of Business, I am always looking for ways to grow as a leader. As a student in the Hutton Honors College, I am able to grow as a student by challenging myself in honors courses. I am very interested in continuing to learn more about my major through the courses I am taking. I am always looking to build my network with other classmates and with my professors. In the future, I hope to grow in my involvement by joining workshops and clubs at the Kelley School of Business that give me experience and knowledge about the finance world. I also plan on becoming a peer mentor at the Kelley School of Business to build my skills as a leader. I see myself pursuing a finance career that allows me to help businesses maximize their potential and help them become the businesses that they aspire to be.
